The Ars 36 “La Traverse” bar car was created from an old Rhaetian Railway (RhB) car, which was taken over in 2000 by the Yverdon-Ste-Croix company (now TRAVYS SA). <\/p>\n

This passenger carriage was put into service in 1913 as a vehicle for transporting 3rd class passengers. It was a C4 type carriage and bore the number 2218 on the Rhaetian Railway. <\/p>\n

The Ge 4\/4 21 locomotive is a unique and exceptional machine. It has been running for 75 years (1950\u20132025) on the TRAVYS network, between Yverdon and Sainte-Croix.<\/p>\n

This vehicle was built entirely by the Yverdon\u2013Sainte-Croix railway company (now TRAVYS SA). It is equipped with an electric regenerative brake and a Charmilles Westinghouse pneumatic brake.<\/p>\n
