The \u201cYverdon \u2013 Sainte-Croix Historic Train\u201d cooperative<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

The “Yverdon \u2013 Sainte-Croix Historic Train” Cooperative (abbreviated to THYSC) is a non-profit cooperative society that was founded at the end of 2024. On the one hand, it will operate a historic train by establishing itself as a railway transport company in accordance with the relevant legal requirements. In particular, it will own the rolling stock and be responsible for its maintenance. <\/p>\n

The Cooperative will also manage qualified personnel, collaborations with partner companies (mainly TRAVYS SA) and organise events to promote its activities.<\/p>\n

L’association “Crocodile 21”<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Crocodile 21 association was created in 2021 to find solutions for preserving the iconic Ge 4\/4 21 locomotive and part of the railway heritage of the Yverdon-Ste-Croix line, and to raise public awareness of them.<\/p>\n

This association will now act as an intermediary between the public and the cooperative. It will be responsible for communication, recruiting volunteers and, above all, continuing to raise funds to ensure the sustainability of both structures. <\/p>\n
